We eat a lot of chicken here at Transparent Labs. Chicken is a great, relatively lean meat with high amount of protein. It's great for both bulking and cutting.
For fast, delicious chicken, follow these instructions...
- Chicken breast
- Olive oil
- Garlic Salt
Pre-heat grill (a George Foreman with temperature control works too) to 400-450 degrees.
Defrost chicken if frozen (in bowl of water works best - microwave is fine too but dehydrates the meat a bit).
Spread thin coating of olive oil over both sides of chicken. Lightly sprinkle basil over both sides. Lightly sprinkle garlic salt over both sides. Amounts depending on personal preference.
Once grill is preheated, grill chicken for 4 minutes on both sides.
- With guacamole (my personal favorite)
- With Rice
- With corn and black beens mixed
- By itself
