While this brand is awesome for disclosing the ingredients used and quantities, the product does not taste as good as other protein powder brands. However, for me, it is worth it to know what I am consuming while also limiting junky ingredients. I WOULD NOT GET THE OATMEAL CHOCO CHIP COOKIE! The dark chocolate is pretty good, though.

So far the product is very good.

The quality of your protein matters, and whey protein isolate is one of the purest forms of protein available. In contrast to whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate undergoes further filtration to remove virtually all of the lactose, making it more suitable for those who have difficulty digesting lactose.

Whey protein isolate is known for its rapid absorption and ideal ratio of all nine essential amino acids (EAAs)—which includes the branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs)—necessary for stimulating muscle protein synthesis [1, 2]. In other words, whey protein isolate is about as good as it gets for kickstarting the muscle-building process after working out. By providing essential nutrients needed for muscle repair, whey protein isolate can reduce recovery time, allowing for more consistent and intense training sessions.
