How do subscriptions work?
When you subscribe to a product, you’ll select your ideal delivery window of either every 15, 30, or 45 days. This means you’ll receive your first order ASAP, and your following orders will arrive every 15, 30, or 45 days (based on what you selected). Your orders will continue to arrive automatically so you don’t have to lift a finger!
How do I make changes to my subscription?
Our Subscribe & Save program is meant to be as flexible as possible, to meet you or your family's ever changing needs. This means you can pause, skip, modify your subscription at anytime straight from your account.
Move next delivery date (if you're not quite ready or you’re leaving for a vacation)
Change your delivery frequency (if it turns out you’re using more or less than you thought you would)
Skip a product from your next delivery (plenty of Protein left? Skip it from your next order)
Get your next order right away (already gone through your last order? Get your next order ASAP so you can get back to making those gains.
Remove products from your subscription (if you decide you don't use them as frequently as other products, and rather top-up when you need)
Cancel your subscription (we’d love for you to stay! But you can always switch back to ordering when you need it, if you're organized enough to keep track and decide you don't need to subscribe. Be aware: you will lose your 10% discount + free shipping if you cancel!).
What frequency should I choose?
Not sure how often you should have your subscriptions arrive? We know everyone's household and product usage is different, so we offer 3 options: delivery every 15, 30, or 45 days.
As a general rule of thumb, we recommend lining your delivery window up with the serving size of your selected product(s). For example, if your subscription product has 30-servings, we recommend having it delivered every 30 days. That being said, if you are sharing your product in a household, you may need them sooner!
Can I subscribe to products at different frequencies?
No - all your subscription products will be delivered at the same frequency and in the same shipment. Shipping less is better for the planet, so we’re trying to be as efficient as possible.
If you need some products more frequently than others, add an extra product to your subscription, choose to skip products from upcoming subscription orders, or add some products as one-time add ons, rather than subscribe to them.
Is there a minimum order value to receive my Subscribe & Save 10% discount?
No! Your 10% discount and free shipping offer are available on any product subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you decide subscribing to your favorite Transparent Labs product isn't for you, or you would like to go back to ordering when you need to restock, we’ve made it very easy to cancel your subscription, right from your own Transparent Labs account.
How to cancel a subscription
In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account.
1. Login to your TL account.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Cancel button.
3. Please provide a cancellation reason for us to better understand why you’re leaving us
(we’ll be sad to see you go!) and confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel subscription.
Can I delay my first order?
Unfortunately, no - you can't delay your first order. Once your order is placed, it will be sent straight to our fulfilment centre to get your delivery to your door as quickly as possible.
If you would like to subscribe but still have some product left at home - we recommend to subscribe and be stocked up for a while, and after subscribing, head to your TL account and skip or delay your second order instead. Don't worry, you can change your next delivery date or delivery frequency anytime if you do run out earlier than expected!
How do I pay for my subscription?
Your payment will be processed when your next subscription is due - so you don't have to prepay upcoming subscriptions, or pay for products you decide to skip. You’ll also receive a reminder 3 days before your next payment date so it doesn’t catch you by surprise.
