TL Pro Program Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Applicants are encouraged to have an active social media presence with a public profile.
- Applicants must agree to promote Transparent Labs products and brand in a positive manner.
- Commitment
- Ambassadors are encouraged to create and share content featuring Transparent Labs products
- Ambassadors must use specified hashtags (#TransparentLabs) and tag Transparent Labs official accounts in any related posts or digital content.
- Content Creation
- Any content created for the Transparent Labs brand must be original and cannot infringe on any third-party rights.
- Ambassadors grant Transparent Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share the content on Transparent Labs’ marketing channels.
- Conduct
- Ambassadors must act in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Any behavior that reflects poorly on Transparent Labs or is deemed inappropriate may result in immediate termination of the ambassador agreement.
- Compensation and Perks
- Ambassadors will receive a 10% commission on sales (excluding returns). A 30 day cookie duration is applied to all ambassador affiliate safelinks.
- Safelinks are affiliate links that generate unique, single-use coupon codes for each customer when they click on the link and land on your store. This allows your affiliates to offer discounts while preventing coupon code leaks
- After each ambassador's initial three referrals, they will receive a single Transparent Labs product of their choice.
- Specifics of compensation and perks are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to ambassadors in a timely manner.
- Confidentiality
- Ambassadors must keep all Transparent Labs’ business information and campaign details confidential.
- Disclosure of any confidential information without prior consent will result in termination and potential legal action.
- Term and Termination
- The ambassador agreement is valid on an ongoing basis, beginning on the date of acceptance into the program.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with notice.
- Transparent Labs’ reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if any terms are violated.
- Indemnification
- Ambassadors agree to indemnify and hold harmless TL Pro from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the program.
- Modification of Terms
- Transparent Labs’ reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Governing Law
- These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Utah Law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utah.
