This is a good and serious company. I received my products. Waiting to trying them to extend my review.

Didnt personally work for me and gave me the runs. I would avoid in the future.

I have been using Build for almost 2 weeks and can definitely feel the results of muscle recovery. Only reason why it is not 5 stars is taste. I learned the hard way to shake the container before every scoop, which helped a-lot. But because of the mushroom powders it still has a strong earthy taste.

I needed a supplement that would help me with my recovery from rigorous training. This product has truly lived up to the hype.

A little sour tasting

I'm a broken record, going through TL's products that have been best suited to my fitness goals and regiment and rating them. All would be 5 stars if they came in unflavored options. If I need a flavor or sweetness, I'll add it myself.

Third week taking this, feel pretty good but it tastes like mango flavored bone dust. Pretty rough.

I was drinking this every day for a few months, in the mid morning. It took a few months of IBS like issues, and me eliminating this from my diet to realize this often did not agree with me. It does have 1300+ mg of Citric Acid, which can cause GI issues. Plus this just plain taste nasty. I never did get used to the taste. At 53, staying natural with how I'm putting on muscle I was hopeful for some results with this drink. I may try it again, but having it later in the day. I've been able to drink it sometimes and not have any issues, then other times 45 mins after drinking it, I'm off to the bathroom. Sorry for the TMI, but felt I had to warn folks.

Haven't had a chance to see how it affects my workouts yet, but unless I got a bad batch, it does 100% not taste like Fruit Punch.

Have purchased numerous items and have enjoyed them all so far. 2nd time buying build so far so good.

Just received this product the other day in the mail and have only sampled one serving of it so far however the taste is extremely great and I am looking forward to see results from this product in my nutritional and supplement lineup!

This is part of my pre workout mix, which also includes a scoop of stim-free. I can feel when it kicks in at the gym

I have used this product for a few years and it really works and for a 70 year old you need a the help you can get, it works .

I love this shit. I had to remember the dose is 2 or less scoops per day cause it’s so refreshing mixed in a glass of water with ice. I may start making non-alcoholic cocktails 🍸 🍹 with it.

I can't comment on the effectiveness of this product yet because I just barely started using it. So, in fairness, I will give it three stars. However, I can say like several of the other reviews, that this stuff tastes like chalk. I got the fruit punch flavor, but it barely has any flavor, other than it feels and tastes like I'm drinking chalk. I wish they had an unflavored version because then I could mix it with my post workout shake. Please create an unflavored version. Thank you

Amazing product

I'm a mma fighter and this supplement added to my stack is a game changer.

First time trying out Build (Peach Mango flavor) and while I can't say I'm a fan of the chalky like taste, I don't take it for the taste, I do so because of what's in it.

Although I haven't been taking it for too long, I believe Build is helping me push myself harder and is giving me the strength to work towards my fitness goals. I will continue taking it and see where I go with it.

I am halfway through my first container and have nothing but great things to say so far. After reading the reviews I was concerned about how this product would taste, especially since people were complaining about the "mushroom taste". I found that the taste is very palatable, close to the fruit punch flavor and mixes very well. The container opening and spoon length were fine, a lot of people were complaining, they must be akin to Andre The Giant. Too early to tell how the supplement is aiding me in the gym but so far I have nothing but great things to say!!

Taste terrible and I didn’t realize it had silicon dioxide in it which is horrible for you.

Chunky chalky and the Mango flavor taste like your Mango fell in dirt.

This is a must have if you’re serious about lifting, it gets me through those heavy compound movement without feeling winded or fainted. I can feel the difference if I stop taking it for a while had to subscribe to it.

I think this is a great supplement. I can’t guarantee that it’s effective, but I do think it has helped me recover and add additional mass. It certainly can’t hurt to add into your routine and if anything it helps me get another 32 ounces of water a day. The only problem is that the container is incredibly inconvenient when you get down to the last week or so. The mouth is too small to be able to fit your hand in and effectively scoop the supplement out. To make it easier, you either need a longer spoon or one of the widemouth containers.
