KSM-66® Ashwagandha Root Extract (standardized to contain ≥5% withanolides): Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is most versatile adaptogenic herb known to man. 

A thorough body of clinical research has shown that ashwagandha consumption promotes healthy testosterone levels and mitigates stress-induced cortisol secretion, thereby encouraging better quality of life in men [1]. 

Notably, a formative 3-month study of 75 adult males given 600 mg of ashwagandha root extract daily found that testosterone levels increased an average of 40% above baseline values [2]. Their sperm cell count (i.e. fertility) also improved significantly.

Shilajit Extract (PrimaVie®)

Shilajit is a rare exudate (thick fluid) found naturally in rocks of the Himalayan mountains; it’s formed over the course of centuries by microorganisms that decompose plant material. Shilajit is commonly used in Ayurveda as a means of improving vitality and overall well-being. 

Several controlled human studies have shown that shilajit can significantly increase total testosterone and free testosterone levels, the latter of which is the “biologically useful” form of testosterone [3]. 

One recent clinical trial even found that healthy adult males given a purified shilajit supplement for 90 days experienced nearly 50% greater increases in free testosterone levels than those who were in the placebo group [4].

DIM (Diindolylmethane)

Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a bioactive metabolite of indole-3-carbinol (I3C), a phytochemical found in cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower. DIM appears to regulate estrogen metabolism by selectively modulating the aryl-hydrocarbon receptor, which plays an important role in gene expression in both men and women [5]. 

 In vivo and in vitro data suggest that DIM has favorable effects on muscle growth, recovery, libido, mood, and overall well-being by balancing estradiol levels [6, 7].

Quercetin Dihydrate

Quercetin is a vital micronutrient that serves antioxidant roles in many important body systems, particularly the cardiovascular system and reproductive system [8].

Several preliminary studies suggest that quercetin protects Leydig cells — the cells that comprise testicular tissue — from toxin-induced damage, thereby preserving testosterone levels and fertility [9, 10].

LJ100® (Eurycoma longifolia)

Eurycoma longifolia, commonly referred to as Tongkat ali or Longjack, has been used for centuries in folk medicine as a natural aphrodisiac and appetite-stimulating herb. The roots of this plant contain a range of compounds called quassinoids, the most noteworthy being eurycomanone. 

Several studies have shown that athletes supplementing Eurycoma longifolia have significant increases in the ratio of testosterone to cortisol, as well as improvements in lean body mass, strength, and arm circumference [11,12,13].

I could feel the effects in a week

I could feel the effects in less than a week. Definite improvement in strength, energy, and stamina. Good, bio-available ingredients that make me think I’m doing the right thing. (Placebo is real and it matters) I was in the low 300’s for test and feeling pretty bad, now, I guess I’m in the 4 or 500’s based on how I feel (I haven’t checked my test levels yet but if you really care hit me up in 2 months) I’m familiar with hormone modulation so my guesses are educated.

I noticed an initial calm, assertive change to my mood. I felt more energy throughout the day. I thought it would make changes in aggression and demeanor, but I didn't have this effect. My workout burn keeps going but I am hitting more workouts throughout the day, up to 3x daily. I feel overall better about myself and have more confidence as I pack on muscle and burn fat. I'm trying not to get over-confident and tear anything, but this does give confidence to slide more plates on the bar! Adding this to my daily supplement routine.

Been taking the maximum recommended dosage for about a week and I have definitely noticed a difference, everything that testosterone controls I have felt improvements in. Granted I was looking for this supplement for a reason, I have had low energy and high stress but less than a week into this product and I’ve already bounced back!
