I took 400 mg of this product daily and very quickly noticed improved energy and libido levels, and a more even mood. To be clear, it was somewhat subtle but definitely noticeable. When the product ran out, I switched to another (supposedly top-tier) brand, and the effects diminished, even at the same dose. I'm going back to Transparent Labs.

I'm 2 weeks into taking LJ100.
I have not noticed any difference yet. It is really early with any supplements. For best reviews... i usually take for a couple of months, discontinue until i notice a change or start taking again. I might do this a few times to make sure this works for me.

So I ran out of vitality and was going to double this with that. So I took this alone until Vitality came back in stock. With Vitality I felt a difference and loved it. During 4 weeks of taking LJ, I had no effect whatsoever. So for the stated benefits I didn't seem to notice any of it.
It could be just my body and yours may differ but it is what it is.
