I'm 73, and a former competitive powerlifter. I stopped my lifting in the early 90's to focus on work, I let my body go. Weighed 260+ for 40 years, became Type II diabetic, total of 7 meds per day for 2 decades. I then lost weight in 2019, eliminated all but one med, just finished chemo and started training earlier this year. TL has clean ingredients but most importantly they are effective. I've returned to resistance training, losing weight, but most important gaining strength. My diet calls for low fat intake and increased protein consumption, I'm convinced this protein works and TL is my go to source. In regards to my diet, my oncologist told me, if you can't pronounce it, don't eat it, wise words indeed. Started my training 8 weeks ago, I weighed 225 after chemo treatment in April, weighed 201.5 this morning on September 15th, I have great energy and my clothes are growing larger, now I need a new wardrobe.

Premium price, but worth it if you care about transparent labels and pure ingredients. Highly recommend for daily shakes or post workout recovery.

I use the vanilla protein. The taste and the quality was the most important to me. Great way to get the amount of protein I need in a day. My new go to as a coffee creamer. My yogurt smoothies never tasted better. I have tried many brands and this one I have stuck with. I have always exercised but I never paid too much attention to the amount of protein I needed for maintaining and improving muscle mass until I started using the product and doing my research. It pays to do your research and make it a lifetime routine of exercise, food and good health all around.

Chocolate flavor is awesome. I bought this b/c it is free of emulsifiers, artificial sweeteners, erythritol, and other ingredients that negatively affect our bodies. The protein mixes well with water. I appreciate the protein content is 28g/serving, even if a serving scoop is larger than other brands previously tried before I learned about those negative ingredients.

Chocolate peanut butter is delicious mixes up good, I like the fact that Transparent labs cares about what goes into their supplements and has their products third party tested. I mainly switch to Transparent labs there supplements alien with my goals
