Reishi mushrooms contain protein and triterpene constituents, specifically ganodermic acids, with potent immunostimulating and hepatoprotective properties [3]. 

Clinical evidence has shown that ganodermic acids inhibit the release of histamine in mast cells (meaning ganodermic acids modulate pro-inflammatory markers in susceptible body tissues) [4]. The distinct proteins in reishi mushrooms also appear to preserve liver function through antioxidant mechanisms [5].

Helps bulging disk pain

I have 8 bulging disks in my spine and most of the time I take painkillers to help with the pain.

The main reason I purchased this was for the Lions Mane. I didn’t really know much about the other two. Well I took this first thing in the morning , didn’t take my painkillers, about an hour after my dose I noticed my back didn’t hurt as bad. Turns out the Reishi mushroom has anti inflammatory properties and let me tell you it works. Aching, stabbing, burning pains? All gone or severely reduced depending on the activity.

The effects do wear off eventually, so I will be experimenting with 2 doses a day about 6-8 hours apart. I’m not a doctor, so consult with your doctor or do your own research before making any decisions.

Normally I don’t write reviews but figured maybe I could help someone else who’s in a similar situation as me.

This is a fantastic product.
