A rich, creamy peanut-butter center wrapped in a crisp chocolate shell—52 grams of protein packed into a dessert that tastes just like the classic treat. Sweet, filling, and satisfying, it’s the perfect way to crush cravings and fuel up at the same time.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (60g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Transparent Labs – code HOLLAND saves 10%)
  • 1/4 cup (32g) peanut butter powder (PBFit)
  • 1 tbsp (14g) Lily’s milk chocolate chips

Quick Guide

Step 1 - In a dish, mix yogurt, protein powder, and peanut butter powder until smooth.

Step 2 - Melt chocolate chips in 30-second increments until fully melted.

Step 3 -Spread chocolate over the top and freeze for 20 minutes.

Step 4 - Crack into it and enjoy.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Step 1

Mix the base. Add yogurt, protein powder, and peanut butter powder to a bowl. Stir until smooth and thick. If it’s too thick, splash in 1–2 tsp cold water or milk.

Step 2

Smooth it out - Spread the mixture evenly in your serving bowl or a small ramekin, smoothing the top.

Step 3

Melt the chocolate - Put chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 20–30 seconds, stir, then heat in 10–15 second bursts, stirring between each, until just melted and glossy.

Tip: stop as soon as most chips are melted—residual heat will finish the rest.

Step 4

Make the shell - Pour/spread the melted chocolate over the base to fully cover it in a thin, even layer.

Step 5

Set it - Freeze ~20 minutes (or refrigerate 45–60 minutes) until the chocolate hardens.

Step 6

Crack & enjoy - Tap the top to crack the shell and dig in.

Can I make the Giant Protein Reese’s without protein powder?

Yes! You can substitute the protein powder with extra Greek yogurt or a spoonful of cocoa powder. It won’t have the same 50 g protein boost, but it will still be creamy, chocolatey, and satisfying.

How do I store the Giant Protein Reese’s?

Keep it in the fridge for up to 2–3 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze and thaw for about 15–20 minutes before eating to soften the chocolate shell.

Is the Giant Protein Reese’s healthy?

Compared to a regular peanut butter cup, this version is much higher in protein, lower in sugar, and made with simple ingredients like Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, and dark chocolate chips. It’s a great protein-packed snack.
