Vitamin D3+K2

Exactly what I need from a D3/K2 supp. Perfect ingredient ratios and no junk.

I am a big fan of Transparent labs and have used a few of their products and always held them in high regard.

I was looking for a Vitamin D that comes with K because all my reading has told me that is important. I have taken Vitamin D before but never with K (that I can remember)...

I took the T.L. D3 + K2 at night with a meal as suggested. The next day I had brain fog from the time I woke up. So badly I felt hungover, even though I hadn't had a single drink in days. I figured it was a cold coming on or something. The next day I did the same thing and took the pill at night after a meal. The next morning I felt terrible, not as bad as the day before buy tons of brain fog and pressure. The brain fog and uneasy feeling lasts all day. I decided after a few days of this is it must be the pills so I took a few days off and it gradually subsided.

I decided to try them again in case it was just coincidence. The next morning the brain fog and pressure was back, and once again lasted all day. I sadly will have to stop taking them and throw them out. I am not sure if its the dosage, the combination of D and K together, or something off in T.Ls formula.

This is the third time I've ordered these vitamins, now 4 bottles because I know the quality is always good.
