Seems to be working!

I've been taking the creatine daily for two months, I've also been pushing myself really hard in the gym for two months. I do feel that my strength and size are both growing at a slightly higher rate than I would have expected in two months. The most noticeable difference I feel right now is a lot of power, the last two weeks or so in the gym I feel like an unstoppable machine and I'm definitely able to push for a couple more reps at the end of sets.

I do not love the Black Cherry flavor, I've ordered Peach Rings next. I'm a really good chugger so I guess the flavor doesn't matter too much, just send it down the hatch. It dissolves VERY easily in water.

I started the Transparent line love the protein powders best flavors ever had. But the creatine..... nothing from it a little chalky and noticed no bump or difference 2 monthes in. Gonna start the search for a different source at this price point.

Step 1 - Add Powder

Add one level scoop (included in the container) of Creatine HMB powder into a shaker cup with 10-12 ounces of cold water or your preferred beverage. Feel free to adjust the amount of liquid by a few ounces to suit your taste preferences (less water = stronger flavor and vice versa).

Step 2 - Mix Thoroughly

Place the lid securely on your shaker cup and shake vigorously until the powder fully dissolves and the mix is smooth.

For best results, consume Transparent Labs Creatine HMB within 30 minutes after completing your resistance or weight training session to support muscle recovery and exercise performance.
