Caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine) is an alkaline, organic compound that stimulates the central nervous system (CNS) and heart. Research suggests that many of the performance-enhancing benefits of caffeine come from bronchodilation and its arousing effects via increases in catecholamine (e.g., dopamine, adrenaline, etc.) production [1, 2].

Good stuff, as always from TL.

I decided to grab this when I restocked last time to try and cut out energy drinks. It worked. I went from having one to two energy drinks to get through the rest of the day but one of these halfway through the day and I'm good till bed. Cuts out all the other nonsense in energy drinks and feels a heck of a lot cleaner. Haven't experienced any kind of crash or burnout.

Wasn't Great for Me

I didn't want to give this fewer than 5 stars because I'm sure it's a quality product. However, my experience with it was that it did not increase my energy, it only gave me chest pain and really bad anxiety. I do have a tendency to react worse to things than the average person, though, unfortunately.
